Question: 
 
How do I integrate faith into my work place? 
 
Answer:  
 
There are probably different issues that I face as a boss when it comes 
to bringing faith and work together. I think the number one 
responsibility is to just have a deep appreciation—in fact, Vince 
Lombardi said it: “Have a love for other people.” 
 
When we love other people, they understand that we care for them, 
that we’re seeking their best. So, that’s the starting point. 
 
I think we’re also going to see it reflected in our policies, in our 
practices, the areas that we put our emphasis, the areas that we 
reward—these are the kinds of things that shape the culture of the 
organization, and I think are a practical expression of our bringing 
these two worlds together.
