Question: 
 
How do I find balance between work and family? 
 
Answer:  
 
I don’t know if there’s any greater tension that we business people 
face than that tension between work and family. Our hearts want to be 
with our family, but so often, the demands of work today require that 
we spend these long hours.  
 
So, how do you resolve this conflict? Well, there’s no easy answer, but 
I believe you have to be very intentional in investing in family the 
same way that you do in any other worthwhile thing.  
 
That means spending time. It means making family a priority. It 
means making sometimes those tough tradeoffs for an investment that 
is probably the most important investment that we will ever make.
