How should I conduct myself at work? 
 
Answer:  
 
I suppose the number one issue that we— men, anyway— face, is the 
problem of pride. I know that I do. I have seen pride trip up even 
some of the finest leaders. They just get caught up in themselves, 
they are unwilling to admit mistakes.  
 
You know, the Bible really has an answer, and that is to humble 
ourselves. We see that as such practical advice, when we will take the 
lower seat, when we will defer to the other person, when we’ll let 
others shine around us and not feel that we have to take all the credit 
ourselves.
