Question:
Why should I try to discover my God-given leadership strengths?
Answer:
It’s very important that you discover the natural God-given strengths
of the people you are leading.
In 1 Corinthians 12:12 it says “many parts that form a whole, a body.”
God has placed differences around you specifically in order to complete
you. It’s only when we discover the natural God-given strengths of the
other individuals God has placed around us that we can actually
become the team God had created us to be.
It’s vitally important you understand that these differences are
designed to complete you as a team, not to frustrate you as a team.
It’s very important for you to understand, as a leader, that you don’t
want to put individuals around you who are just like you. God has
created difference to complete you, not defeat you. To complete you,
not frustrate you as a leader.
We must empower others to lead from their strengths.
